Tillie Pierce yielded a number of personal experiences, including a moaning sound, footsteps in the hallway at 3:00 am, and cold spots in the attic. We are returning for a second investigation on 2/28/2009. UPDATE: Our second investigation featured additional distinctive footsteps captured on our digital recorder, along with strange anomalies with the dowsing rods. Watch for "The R.I.P. Files: Tillie Pierce House" on Ghost Channel TV (www.ghostchannel.tv) to witness the investigation highlights and see the write-up below entitled "Tillie Pierce House Re-visited."
Personal experiences, EVPs, and anomolies in photos - Fort Mifflin seems to have it all. We will be returning for an overnight investigation in May, 2009.
Ballestone-Stansbury House proved to be a place of protective spirits. Thomas, one of the original owners of the house, came through in a seance conducted by R.I.P. Sensitive Rene. He gave his stamp of approval to the changes and updates made on Ballestone Manor and thanked the dedicated volunteers for their care. Evidence review revealed several light anomolies, including an especially striking one that occurred during this seance. The seance is featured in "The R.I.P. Files: Ballestone-Stansbury House," available on Ghost Channel TV (www.ghostchannel.tv).
Two investigators were awake at 5:00 am. Shortly before 5:23 am, they clearly heard footsteps walk down the hall and stop in front of the Command Center that was set up outside the Anna Garlach and Sadie Bushman rooms. The footsteps then turned around and walked back down the hall. There was no sound of doors opening/closing. When polled, the other three investigators in three other rooms confirmed that they were asleep at that time. The B&B owners later confirmed that they were also sleeping soundly at the that time. The footsteps can be heard on a digital voice recorder that was left running all night.
R.I.P. investigated on 2/21/2009. Three EVPs, many personal experiences, and a continuing problem with battery drain. The full investigation will be featued in "The R.I.P. Files: Mudd House" available on Ghost Channel TV 8/25.
Our first battlefield investigation provided an interesting photo from Pickett's Charge. Is it paranormal or not? You decide...
We had several personal experiences in this over 100 year old house, including hearing a rustling noise followed by footsteps, blurry DVR cameras that previously worked perfectly, and an armoire door that appeared to open by itself. Clients reported full body apparitions, voices, footsteps, banging noises, and more. The banging noises were found to be caused by loose pipes and we were able to re-create these sounds. Analysis of photographic evidence presented by the client showed explainable photo flaws inherent in digital cameras and cell phone cameras. No EVPs were captured.
This was a fascinating case. Symptoms reported included black shapes, people being touched, objects disappearing, feelings of being watched, and more. It was definitely active. No logical explanations for the phenomena they were experiencing was found. We also captured one EVP. Pat was touched by a spirit. Rene and Pat worked together to convince one spirit to cross over and then performed a house clearing.
Ramblewood in Darlington, MD, was once a stop on the Underground Railroad. We experienced a lively session with the K-II meter, in which a young girl appeared to be providing intelligent responses to our questions. During a Spirit Circle in the attic, we helped this same young girl make her transition to the spirit world. A strange microphone anomaly was captured on audio as participants directed energy toward the departing spirit.
